Our Technology

The Challenge with Normal Smart Contracts

Standard smart contracts (like those on Ethereum or Base) are passive. They can't act on their own; they need someone to trigger them. This makes true, decentralized automation difficult and often reliant on centralized "keepers."

Our Innovation: Reactive Smart Contracts (RSCs)

RSCs are special, lightweight contracts deployed on the Reactive Network (our efficient Layer 2).
Their job is to autonomously watch conditions on other blockchains (like prices on Base). This watching is extremely cheap.
When a condition you set is met (e.g., price drops), the RSC automatically triggers your main contract.

The Cross-Chain Architecture

Your "Action" Contract

(on Base/Sepolia): This is your personal contract deployed on the main chain. It holds your funds and executes the actual DeFi actions (like swapping tokens or interacting with Aave).

Your "Watcher" RSC

(on Reactive Network): This contract monitors the conditions cheaply and reliably.

The Connection: When the RSC detects the trigger event, it sends a secure message across chains to tell your Action Contract to execute its task.
